Liability for Content
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general laws. However, we are not obligated as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general laws remain unaffected. However, liability in this respect is only possible from the point at which we become aware of a specific legal violation. The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. Consumers resident in the European Union can find information on out-of-court dispute resolution and the competent national dispute-resolution bodies via the European Commission's consumer-redress portal. Senko Digital LLC is not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
