¿Está disponible un periodo de prueba para VPS?+Podemos ofrecer un servidor de prueba gratuito para cualquier plan hasta 8 vCPU con un periodo de prueba de hasta 3 días. Para solicitar un servidor de prueba, crea un ticket de soporte a través de área personal y especifica el plan, el nombre y la versión del sistema operativo deseado y el periodo de prueba (hasta 3 días).
¿Están los puertos de correo electrónico de salida cerrados?+Para proteger nuestras direcciones IP de ser incluidas en bases de datos de spam y proteger nuestra red de envíos no autorizados, los puertos entrante y saliente 25 (SMTP) están cerrados por defecto en todos los planes.
No pueden abrirse para los planes EP-0, BUDGET-1, BUDGET-2, BUDGET-3, BUDGET-4 (en cualquier ubicación).
Para cualquier otro plan, puedes solicitar la apertura del puerto 25 enviando una solicitud a nuestro equipo de soporte a través de nuestra área personal — de nuestro lado, también será necesaria una verificación adicional de tu recurso para comprobar el cumplimiento de las condiciones de uso y las leyes aplicables.

¿Cuánto tarda la configuración del servidor?+¡Tu servidor estará listo en solo 120 segundos después del pago! Eso es más rápido que preparar una taza de té o café (el que prefieras).
En casos raros — por ejemplo, si eliges una instalación de Windows o el plan está en muy alta demanda — el proceso completo de configuración puede tardar hasta 10 minutos después del pago.
¿Puedo mejorar mi servidor más adelante?+Sí, puedes mejorar los recursos de tu servidor en cualquier momento a través de tu área personal, actualizando a un plan superior dentro de la misma línea de servicios de tu servidor.

Excellent hosting. Finally, we found one where the uptime of nodes is more than 99.9%. Germany is more than stable. The network provides a high-speed, multi-gigabit channel. Support responds very quickly, in about 5 minutes, which is encouraging. There were several incidents through no fault of our own, and the hosting service promptly resolved them and provided compensation for downtime. I can say one thing, our cooperation can be interrupted only on one condition: if our project falls apart :) I highly recommend using it

Recently purchased a server on the DE-BUDGET-4 plan in Frankfurt. For its price — an excellent solution. Performance is stable, latency is minimal, the system (Debian 13) installed cleanly and without problems. I would especially like to note the panel and support — everything is clear, fast and convenient. Within a couple of hours after purchase, the server was already fully ready for work. I plan to renew further, everything is more than satisfactory so far. Excellent hosting, I recommend it!

It's time to write a review after using the host for the third month. I'll probably start with a story about how I often had a negative attitude towards projects that used this hosting before. Had not the most positive experience. However, having recently tried myself in the role of a project owner for the first time, I can safely say that those emotions are far in the past. Here you have both power, and price within reasonable limits, and technical support with a response faster than lightning and a genuine desire to help you. I'm pleased with the informativeness of the panel and its ease of use, however, I would like to see the ability to search for files, similar to a similar function in a conventional explorer.
