Holiday support schedule
We wish you a calm holiday season, and a wonderful end of the year!
During the holidays, our team will remain available, but with limited capacity only. Please note the following schedule:
- Dec 25: critical requests only
- Dec 26 — Dec 30: normal support operations
- Dec 31 — Jan 2: critical requests only
- From Jan 3: normal support operations resume
Critical requests (critical outages, network issues) will be handled within our SLA as usual. All other requests (sales inquiries, technical inquiries and other non-critical support) may take longer to process, as only a small number of staff will be on standby during this period.
